Either by phone or face-time, we will work on overarching ideas, direction, and tools. This conversation can start you on the path to achieving your goals by having a plan in place.
Monthly preparation - 4 weeks
We will start today training together, working on your goals. Using a 4 week template, we can upskill you on exercises and situations for how to develop strength, endurance, mobility, and improve your body composition. This introduction will empower you to more skillfully navigate your train to hunt journey with confidence.
full-time training - 12 WEEKS
You are confident in your ability to train hard, know your limits, and want to pursue more aggressive fitness goals in pursuit of outdoor goals. This may include a competitive event like a marathon, endurance event, or powerlifting competition. It may be that you want to train and not worry about the program being ready to go for you. This option is great for the working professional who has established routines around fitness and lifestyles of health using exercise as a medium.
